These terms apply to purchases of goods from Mannsverk Gård via mannsverkgaard.no. By completing a pre-order, you accept these terms.

§2 Products and prices
We sell Arctic strawberries grown on the farm in Tverrelvdalen. Prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) including value-added tax. The price per crate is shown on the pre-order page when you place your order. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
§3 Ordering and payment
Orders are placed via the form at /forhandsbestilling. After submitting your order, you will receive an email containing your order number, the total amount, your queue position and payment information.
Payment is made manually via Vipps Bedrift to number 905524. The order number must be entered as a payment reference so that we can match the payment to your order. The payment deadline is 48 hours from the time of ordering. Orders that are not paid within this deadline may be cancelled without notice, and the queue position is released to the next customer.
An order is considered binding only when the payment has been registered by us.
§4 Queue system and delivery
Orders are processed chronologically based on the time of order (first come, first served). Your queue position is provided in the confirmation email. Once the strawberries are ready for collection, we will send you an email with the date and time for pick-up at the farm.
Pick-up takes place at Mannsverk Gård, Romsdalveien 29, 9537 Tverrelvdalen. We do not ship strawberries by post or courier.
If you are unable to collect within the agreed period, please notify us as soon as possible. Strawberries that are not collected within the agreed deadline are considered consumed and will not be refunded.
§5 Right of withdrawal
Strawberries are fresh produce and rapidly perishable goods. The statutory right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to such goods, cf. section 22 letter e of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven). You cannot withdraw from the purchase after payment has been completed, unless we are unable to deliver as agreed or the goods are defective (see §6 and §7).
§6 Crop failure and force majeure
Strawberry cultivation is weather-dependent. If the harvest fails due to circumstances outside our control - including, but not limited to, frost, hail, prolonged cold, disease or pests - we may have to reduce or cancel orders. In such cases, the purchase price will be refunded in full within 14 days.
§7 Complaints and defects
The Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven) applies to the purchase. If the goods are defective at the time of pick-up, you must file a complaint within a reasonable time after the defect was or should have been discovered. Due to the nature of the goods, we ask that complaints regarding quality be made at pick-up or on the same day as collection.
Complaints should be sent to post@mannsverkgaard.no or by phone on +47 905 90 744. State your order number and describe the defect. We will either replace the goods, grant a price reduction, or rescind the purchase and refund the purchase price.
§8 Refunds
Refunds are made to the same Vipps account used for payment, or by bank transfer by agreement. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, and no later than 14 days after the basis for the refund has been confirmed.

§10 Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises between you and us that we are unable to resolve amicably, you may file a complaint with Forbrukertilsynet or Forbrukerklageutvalget. You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
§11 Changes
We may update these terms following changes to services, products or applicable regulations. The version published at the time of your order applies to your purchase. The 'Last updated' date at the top indicates when the terms were last revised.
